Registration Tips and Tricks for a Smoother Experience

FAQ

• When is Registration for Summer Camp 2026? January 1st, 2026 at 7am
• Is there a waitlist? We accept students on a first-come, first-served basis; if your child is put on a waitlist, don’t worry, we will do what we can to have your child join.
• Do I need to buy camp shirts? Camp shirts are required to be worn daily, you receive one with registration and will be able to purchase more at your location’s *camp store this summer.
• Do I need to buy the insurance? You have until 1 month before camp starts to set your dates for the following month. May 1st for June, June 1st for July, and July 1st for August. Once these dates have passed you can no longer cancel attendance. The insurance allows you to cancel and get your money back outside the set-in dates. For example, if you have a family emergency and can no longer attend camp the insurance will refund you. 
• Is it easy to make schedule changes? I am not sure of my summer plans. Yes, you have until the month before your child attends camp to change up your schedule. Simply log into your account and adjust your schedule.
• *What is the camp store? Instead of buying all your extra camp supplies online (shirts, sunshirts, water bottles, sunscreen, etc) you will now be able to do that in person. Each location will have a variety of camper necessities available for purchase. Instead of guessing on your campers shirt size you can see what size fits them best in person.
