After-School Care

St. John’s school-age program is just as much fun as our summer camp but on a smaller scale. We pick up at your child’s school, serve them snacks, work on their homework, and then it’s on to some fun. Our after-school adventures include field trips, park visits, sports workshops, Makerspaces, and so much more. This program runs Monday through Friday.

Fall 2024/25 After-School Registration FAQ

APRIL 1ST 2024

1. After-School Registration: Opens April 1st!
   • All registrations will be done online via our registration link (coming soon)
   • Choose your school, drop-off location, and which days of the week you would like to attend.
   • Registration Tip: Use the filter on the left column during registration to choose the location, then add the days you’d like to attend each month.
2. Customizable Schedules: Families can choose the days of the week they’d like their child to attend each month and can change their schedule with 30 days’ notice.
3. Tuition/Fees:
   • Annual registration fee: $75
     • *Camp Wild Life Summer Camp 2024 families will receive a code to waive the registration fee at check out.
   • Tuition (see below for chart) will be charged monthly
     • We no longer offer hourly options
   • Add an extra day: Yes, this can be done- when you add-a-day families must communicate the add-a-day with the location director so the camper is added to our routes correctly.
   • Payments will be processed on the 1st of the month
     • State Assistance: If your child is on state assistance please choose the cash option. CWL will enter the funds as soon as they are received from the state
   • There is a transportation fee for campers getting picked up by Camp Wild Life
4. Full-day camps throughout the school year: Campers must sign up for our Full Day Camps in advance. You can login to your online portal to register or unregister up until the week before the day camp occurs.

6. New Attendance Option added 2024:
   • Our Millcreek (3200 S 700 E) location is now available as an attendance option.
