Are you at least 16 years old, love to be outdoors, and love to be with kids? We’re hiring camp counselors for our after-school program and summer camp! Our camp counselors are active, conservation-focused, and fun-loving individuals who thrive when working with kids.

You’ll have the opportunity to

-spend your summers in the great outdoors of Utah,

-mentor youth in environmental stewardship,

-lesson plan and design age-appropriate curriculum, and

-guide kids on amazing hikes, swims, field trips, and more!

Applicants must be able to

-Pass a background check,

-Complete First Aid/CPR training (on the job)

-Stand for long periods of time

-Be at least 16 years old

No prior experience as a counselor is necessary, though it’s always a plus! Full-time employees receive full benefits after 90 days of employment, including but not limited to health and dental insurance, retirement benefits, free childcare, and more.
